Equipment Reliability is truly the “Achilles Heel” and single most important problem to solve at every electrical generation facility, petrochemical / refinery and manufacturing plant. The reliability problem impacts every level of owning and operating these facilities. Some of the most prominent areas impacted include capital and maintenance budgets, operating insurance, regulatory oversight, stock price and the most important impact, decreased production.

ACA recognizes that facilities work hard and continuously on the reliability problem. Most of the time, the pace of changes outrun the ability to keep the reliability program current and effective.
